The Hirondelle Guesthouse is a small, extremely friendly family-run place and a steady favourite accommodation at Côte d’Or beach.
Ten self-catering apartments of 52sqm each are available. There are two categories of apartments: five ground floor Garden View Apartments and five first floor Sea View apartments. All apartments have bathrooms en suite, a living area, a fully accessorised kitchenette, air conditioning in bedrooms, ceiling fans in all rooms and a spacious veranda.
Furthermore, there is one Ocean View Loft Apartment of 104sqm, offering two double bedrooms, each with bathroom en suite and cable TV. A comfortable living and dining area, a fully accessorised kitchenette, air conditioning in bedrooms, ceiling fans in all rooms, and a veranda with a breathtaking ocean view make this loft apartment a very agreeable place to stay for families or friends.
All apartments are tastefully decorated in cream and deep blue, creating an ambiance of cool tranquillity. The furniture is made from local hard wood. Our four poster beds, with mosquito nets, top quality mattresses and crispy linen guarantee nocturnal comfort. Facilities include free beach towels, cable TV, direct dial telephones, hair dryers and microwave ovens, maximising every aspect of guest comfort.
Guests with late check-out times are welcome to use a bathrooms with showering facilities. Exclusive guest parking is provided and the fenced and well kept garden provides tranquil and secure privacy.
WiFi internet is available and chargeable until end October 2017 (10 Euros per room, for the entire stay).
From 01 November 2017, WiFi will be totally free at L'Hirondelle Guesthouse.
The Hirondelle Guesthouse is contributing to the preservation of the beautiful environment of Seychelles by using only Eco Friendly non-chemical cleaning products. Energy Saving Devices and Solar Water Heaters are used, whilst maintaining the highest standard of client comfort.
Boat excursions, car hire, guided tours and hikes can be organised from the reception.
The Hirondelle's great location opposite the powdery-white beach of Anse Volbert, one of the best beaches on Praslin, and the convenience of being in the heart of Cote d'Or village - where shops, restaurants, banks, diving centres and all amenities are just a short walking distance away - will make L'Hirondelle a perfect holiday choice.
All rooms are serviced daily, the sheets and towels will be changed regularly. Room safes are provided.
At an additional cost, boat excursions are available directly at the guest house, laundry services, a cook and a baby sitter can be arranged.
Delicious breakfast is served directly on your private veranda any time between 7.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.
The distance to Praslin airport is about 14 km, to the jetty 8 km. The beach is 50 steps away, the village about 200mts. Please note: The Hirondelle lies on the main road to Anse Lazio, so to get to the beach you will have to cross that road. There isn't much traffic at all and cars will hardly be noticed, but the occasional noise disturbance by buses etc. should be considered.
Minimum stay is 3 nights. Only last minute bookings will be considered for fewer nights.
