Heliconia Grove Villas

Heliconia Grove is a self-catering establishment consisting of 8 individual villas spread across 13,000 square meters of landscaped gardens with emphasis on keeping the nature in the foreground. The land includes 100 meters of beach frontage on Cote d'Or (Anse Volbert), arguably the safest and one of the best beaches of Praslin.

The villa's architecture is Seychellois-creole with an exposed wooden roof structure, ensuring a serene and relaxing atmosphere.

All villas are equipped with modern eco-friendly cooking facilities. The kitchen and living rooms are totally separate from the air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms which are furnished with king sized beds. They are exquisitely decorated with surrounding mosquito netting. Except for the 3-bedroomed log cabin comprising an immense open verandah, all other villas have their own open air deck with sun loungers and a "plunge pool" fitted with UV clarifier to avoid excessive use of chemicals. All villas are equipped with solar based hot water systems while a bank of 40 photo-voltaic panels provide over 30% of the estimated electricity consumption.

Banks, shops, restaurants and a variety of sea and land activities are within a 10 minutes stroll on the unspoilt pristine Cote D'or beach while the famed "Vallée de Mai -World Heritage site" is only a 15 minute drive by car from Heliconia Grove Villas.

Restaurants, shops and other tourist facilities are all within easy walking distance along the white beach.
