The 'Au Fond De Mer View' is a Seychellois-family run and newly-built self-catering complex. The place is idyllically positioned on a small hillside which offers a stunning view of the Anse Royale bay in the south of Mahe island.
The fantastic beach of Anse Royale where swimming is safe year round is located only 2 minutes walk away. Grocery shops, restaurants, bank, post office, petrol station are also located at a walking distance from Au Fond De Mer View. The south of Mahe is still very authentic, the nearby village of Anse Royale a quiet one, even by Seychelles standards.
Fresh fish may be bought from local fishermen down at the beach.
You will stay in spacious apartments so that you can relax as if you were in your own home with complete flexibility, privacy and no-stress atmosphere. The immense balcony is all yours.
One bedroom apartment with sea view
This apartment offers comfortable accommodation for a couple. It covers an area of 80 m2 and has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen which opens directly onto a massive veranda which serves as a sitting area for dining. The spacious bedroom/bathroom is also open-plan with air condition, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and room safe.
One bedroom apartment without sea view
This smaller apartment is ideal for a couple with a tight budget. It covers an area of 40 m2 and includes a small but fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. It has no terrace.
Two bedrooms apartment with sea view
This apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a huge balcony, kitchen and sitting area. It covers an area of 135 m2. It is ideal and offers affordable rates for families or group of friends. It can cater a maximum of 6 pax.
Every apartment (except for one standard room, as mentioned above) has a private, spacious 3x10m terrace (veranda) which is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine or a cold Seychellois beer. This terrace is a marvellous place to enjoy the stunning view of the blue Indian Ocean.
