Beach Kaz

The very spacious, comfortable holiday villa Beach Kaz ("Kaz" simply means "House" in creol) overlooks the sea, in the beautiful bay of Anse Forbans. The water here is suitable for swimming and snorkeling at both high and low tide and in the northwest monsoon season (usually October through April / May) the water is very calm on this side of the island.

The location of the Beach Kaz is simply heavenly. It is separated from the sea by a beautiful, lushly landscaped private garden. Due to the location - right at the soft white sandy beach, a wonderful view is guaranteed.

In sum: A heavenly secret.

Four bedrooms and three bathrooms are available in this 170 m² villa. The house is therefore preferably rented out to families and groups of friends. It is perfect for about two to three couples with children, because it has separate bedrooms and bathroom. Up to 10 people can comfortably be accommodated in the Anse Forbans Beach Kaz.

The owners have lived many years in the house, sometimes staying throughout the year and still do it regularly until today. That shows in many little details and thus the house has many returning guests.

It is the perfect place for families who prefer to avoid the bustle in the north, who enjoy the beautiful nature in the south of Mahe and seeking tranquility, nature and relaxation on vacation.

The house is far from any hustle and bustle but only a 2 to 3 minutes walk to the nearest store.

The Beach Kaz offers, inter alia:

Absolute privacy and security for the whole family by a fence with brick wall. From the beach it is separated by a fence. Therefore, children cannot go to the sea unattended. While your children play safely in the spacious garden, you may enjoy a nap in one of the many lounge chairs which are available.

The house consists of four bedrooms with air conditioning, three bathrooms, a very spacious living room, a fully equipped self-catering kitchen and a large covered veranda with stunning sea views. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed on this terrace. Upon request, a cook is available to prepare delicious creole dishes (on site on a daily basis, surcharge to be agreed).

As a matter of course, the regular cleaning of the house (Mo-Fr) is included in our price.

Both the house and the garden are very well maintained and also in terms of cleanliness they leave nothing to be desired.

Kitchen: equipped with stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, one each DeLonghi and Nespresso coffee machines and of course dishes, cutlery, etc.

Living room: inter alia, cable TV. Internet connection and local telephone free (note: 0.667 GB of free high speed internet per day, so during a 7 day stay you'll enjoy 4.4 GB of free down- and upload. Additional up-/downloads are chargeable.)

A washing machine is available on request and at an additional cost, the caretaker can help arrange washing and ironing.

Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided and changed at any time upon request.
